Today was the last time I’ll have to replace the toilet paper roll, clean toilets that haven’t been flushed, or pick up US magazines (with pages stuck together) off the bathroom floor.

I’ve never been so glad to see an exit sign in my life.

I’m still smarting over the tuition raise, and I’ll admit that yesterday the thought did cross my mind that maybe I shouldn’t go back to school. Maybe the financial risk isn’t worth it, after all, the cost of my degree just went up $4000. Sure I’m in a bad personal/work situation that I need to [...]

After spending a few weeks in the service industry I now understand why cleaning people are generally viewed as anti-social, angry, and prone to sabotage. It’s because they have to clean up after the general public and the general public is full of inconsiderate slobs.
This is a public service announcement to the general public [...]

working the night shift

Last night I started my second job. I’m working for a company that shall remain unnamed that cleans all the branches of another unnamed company in the area. It’s nothing exciting or super secretive, it’s just that I know some companies check blogs for any mentions they may receive (after this post three different people [...]
