stereotypical single woman

You’re all awesome for giving me research to work on. I’m getting to it, slowly but surely, I’ve just been a little occupied. You see, it’s spring time. The sun is out. Birds are singing. It’s a time where everyone and everything is brighter, more beautiful. So in order to celebrate I go and get the mother of all head colds. Right now my poor nose is so raw and red I look like Ted Kennedy after a bender. (sexy, huh?) Today was my first day manning the desk by myself and, while I had considered it, my midwestern work ethic just wouldn’t let me call in sick my first full day. I looked like an idiot though, me, my kleenex box, and bottle of hand sanitizer so I wouldn’t infect all the people who came over to meet me and shake my hand. I made quite an impression. They’ll forever remember me as the snotty germ lady with Ted Kennedy’s nose.

Anyway, to pass the time in my cold medication induced stupor I’ve been watching a lot of internet videos. (no, not porn, too sick for that) I’ve been watching Mr. Deity for a while on Crackle.com, but last night, high as a kite on Nyquil, this video made me laugh so hard I almost hacked up lung, and I wanted to share.
