I swear, if he wasn’t so damn cute his ass would have been on the floor hours ago.

    What is it about cats that they have to sit on whatever you put out on the table? It’s the only sure way to get a cat to go where you want, actually. To get him off of your book, all you have to do is lay out something even less likely to be used as a bed nearby (say, a plastic bag, or a pile of knitting needles).
