curse of the id photo
By me • Nov 13th, 2007 • Category: nablopomo, workWhy is it that on the morning of your first day at a new job - the day your photo id will be taken, you know, the id you will be wearing in public around your neck every day you work until you quit - your hair simply will not cooperate? And how come no matter how many times you re-do your makeup you can’t find a happy medium between anemic hippy and painted whore? Surely I’m not the only one cursed?

Pictures suck no matter what, in my opinion, especially if I have to be IN them!
I feel ya. I always think I should put on dark makeup to balance my dark hair, and then I end up looking like the Goth Queen.
I always hate taking ‘work pictures’. They’re often so formal and stuffy. I love the pic of you in the top left corner. It shows some personality! You should figure out a way to share with us the official work pic that was taken. =)

Well, I think you look pretty damn cute. Just be glad it was not taken the morning you decided not to shower (well, actually, I just don’t shower mornings)after an intense kickboxing class. I won’t even show that one to anyone! Luckily they are not sticklers about me wearing it. Maybe they feel sorry for me.
