mixed up priorities

I’m still smarting over the tuition raise, and I’ll admit that yesterday the thought did cross my mind that maybe I shouldn’t go back to school. Maybe the financial risk isn’t worth it, after all, the cost of my degree just went up $4000. Sure I’m in a bad personal/work situation that I need to get out of, but is getting out of it worth going further into debt? Things at work have been remarkably good lately. So for the first time in months there was a little bit of doubt in my mind that my decision to leave wasn’t the right one.

But then I went to the bank, and I realized that no matter what, I need out, because I can’t keep cleaning up after these people. It’s just too frustrating. This is what I have to deal with every time I go there:

The woman’s bathroom in which they have not one, but two air fresheners to scent the air after someone takes a dump. Because they are that concerned about the smell.

New pink and purple sparkly drawers to organize the women’s cosmetics. Because there is that much that needs to be stored and they are that concerned about keeping the place neat and tidy.

Drawers full of Bath and Body Works lotions and soaps to make them smell “nice.” (”nice” is subjective, that particular scent makes me gag)

They can go through the trouble to do all of that, spend all that money, but they are too damn lazy to put the toilet paper on the holder.

Would you want to have to clean up after these people?
