flowers and chocolate

(I apologize in advance for the crap cam pictures - I need to order new batteries for my digital camera so right now it’s all about the camera phone)

If I had known turning thirty involved receiving so much chocolate, jewelry, and roses I’d have done it years ago.

Once again I realize that I really do have the best friends and family in the world, thank you so very much from the bottom of my 30yr old heart.

And since Harvey and Marty just turned 2 they also received presents this weekend (my house is full of cat toys, none of which I have bought.) Their favorite was a scratching post that hangs on the doorknob and every time they hit the mouse at the top of it squeaks. Loud enough to wake you up multiple times in the middle of the night. Thanks Aunt Kris. They are completely and totally fascinated, and yes, that would be Marty trying to get it to work by sticking his head behind it. Honestly, I’m just amazed and relieved that he didn’t hang himself trying to play with it.

Here’s a video (again, taken on the crap cam) of Harvey beating the crap out of it. Needless to say he figured out how to work it right away, and refused to share, which made Foster whine even more than he normally does.
